To use tbazi's services, you must create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account termination.

Each individual may only open one account per person. If the same individual is found to have opened multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and email address during registration.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for identity verification (KYC).
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing your password with others is strictly prohibited.
• Transferring or selling accounts is strictly prohibited.
• After registration, you will need to verify your account via email or SMS.

To open an account and place bets on tbazi, you must be at least 18 years Users must meet the minimum age requirement. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform. We take age verification seriously and may request proof of age at any time if there is reason for concern.

If an account is opened by a minor, all transactions will be considered void and deposited funds will not be returned. tbazi advises parents and guardians to keep their devices and passwords secure.

• A government-issued ID is accepted for age verification.
• Registering with a false age will result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Tbazi supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Minimum deposit amount ৳500 BDT and minimum withdrawal amount ৳1,000 BDT। Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–48 business hours.

• The deposit and withdrawal payment methods must be the same (to prevent money laundering).
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• Tbazi does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees, though fees from your payment provider may apply.

• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000 BDT.

When placing bets on Sports Betting, live betting, casino, and card games on tbazi, the following rules must be strictly followed. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

Tbazi displays real-time odds in Live Betting. Odds may change due to internet connection delays — in such cases, tbazi will either confirm the bet at an acceptable price or void it.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳10 BDT; the maximum bet amount varies by event and market.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet is considered void and the stake is refunded.
• Tbazi reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts will be considered syndicate betting.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Tbazi reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns detected on the platform.

Tbazi regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. A specified Wagering Requirement Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x) has been met.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• If bonus abuse is detected, tbazi may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Tbazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbazi platform. If detected, the account will be immediately suspended or terminated, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities (glitches/exploits) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes against tbazi.
• Accessing the platform via proxy or VPN from a restricted country.

Tbazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the circumstances below. The user will be notified by email if their account is closed.

• For violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.
• Upon receipt of a court order or government directive.
• If the user submits a Self-Exclusion request.

If a valid balance remains at the time of account closure, tbazi will return it once verification is complete. However, balances may be forfeited if the closure is due to a rule violation.

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment systems.
• Losses resulting from user negligence or password theft.
• Financial losses from losing bets — this is an inherent risk of betting.

Tbazi's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the value of the transaction in question.
